Terms and conditions

All reservations, bookings and enquiries can be made via email or phone. All requests will be replied to within 24 hours. For instant confirmation please reserve via our website. You must be 18 years or over to make a reservation. A valid credit card number must be provided to secure your booking.

There is no charge for all children less than two years old. Child Rate 2-12. All children between two years and 12 years old are charged an additional rate of $25 per night per child. Additional adults and children over 12 are charged $50 per person per night. A cot and highchair is complimentary, subject to availability. No pets.

Check in from 2.00pm. Check out 10.00am. Late check out may be available with prior arrangement and is subject to the accommodation status on the day of departure. Please check with reception should you require this facility. In some instances there could be a late checkout fee.

A valid credit card number / company details must be provided at the time of booking. If payment is by credit card, authorisation is being given to charge your account for the total amount due. Full payment will be arranged either prior to the first customer visit, or via invoice once a company account is established. All rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars. Each guest signing the guest registration form acknowledges all charges as personal indebtedness.

Each guest signing the guest registration form also acknowledges that they are responsible for all other members of their party, that smoking in any apartment will incur an extra charge and that damage, theft or extraordinary cleaning will also incur extra charges.

A safe is provided for the deposits of valuables. The Lodges management and staff assume no responsibility for loss of money or other valuables and we are not responsible for articles left in your room or vehicles.

Loss of room keys will incur a cost of $40.

Should the booking be cancelled outside of seven days a full refund will be provided. If the booking is cancelled within seven days of the booking a 50% cancellation fee may apply. Within 48 hours of the booking a 100% cancellation fee may apply. An early departure fee of $100.00 could be charged if guest’s checkout prior to their departure date. All cancellation changes are at the discretion of The Lodges at Transport World management. Terms and conditions are subject to change.
