Welcome to The Lodges at Transport World! We’re so excited to have you stay with us and we want to make your experience as stress-free and enjoyable as possible. Here are some important details to keep in mind:

  • You can easily make reservations, bookings, and enquiries via email or phone. We promise to respond to all requests within 24 hours. For instant confirmation, reserve via our website!
  • You must be 18 years or older to make a reservation, and a valid credit card number is required to secure your booking.
  • We welcome families with young children! Kids under two stay for free, and we offer a complimentary cot and highchair (subject to availability). Children aged 2-12 are charged an additional rate of $25 per night per child, while additional adults and children over 12 are charged $50 per person per night. Please note that we don’t allow pets.
  • Check-in time is from 2:00 pm and check-out time is 10:00 am. Late check-out may be available with prior arrangement (subject to accommodation status on the day of departure), and there may be a fee for this service.
  • We want to make payment as easy as possible for you. A valid credit card or company details must be provided at the time of booking. If payment is made by credit card, we’ll authorise your account for the total amount due. We apply a 1.95% surcharge for Visa & Mastercards. Full payment can be arranged before your first visit or via invoice once a company account is established. Please note that all rates are quoted in New Zealand dollars.
  • Each guest who signs the guest registration form acknowledges all charges as personal indebtedness. They also acknowledge responsibility for all other members of their party, agree not to smoke in their apartment (incurring an extra charge), and understand that damage, theft, or extraordinary cleaning will also incur extra charges.
  • We provide a safe for depositing your valuables. Please note that The Lodges management and staff assume no responsibility for any lost money or valuables, and we are not responsible for any articles left in your room or vehicles.
  • If you lose your room keys, a $40 fee will be charged.
  • If you need to cancel your booking, please do so outside of seven days in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations within seven days may incur a 50% fee, and cancellations within 48 hours may incur a 100% fee. If you leave early, an early departure fee of $100 may be charged. Please note that all cancellation changes are at the discretion of The Lodges at Transport World management.
